DC-20 GHz (UHF into K Band) Broad Range Distributed Amplifier

The CMD173P4 is a wideband GaAs MMIC distributed RF / Microwave amplifier housed in a leadless 4x4 mm plastic surface mount (SMT) package. The amplifier operates from UHF into K band (20 GHz) and delivers greater than 15 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +18 dBm and noise figure of 2 dB at 10 GHz. The CMD173P4 Distributed Amplifier MMIC is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for RF port matching. This MMIC design is the perfect low cost alternative to hybrid amplifiers.
